Tha last time i've downloaded a PHP manual long ago in 2002 it had tons of user contributed notes in it. The notes were very usefull for me. Recently i've decided to update the manual, so I downloaded one and to my surprise found no notes in it.
Why, where did they go? Are there still manual versions with notes in them?
There is no downloadle version now with user notes (except the extended CHM), and I don't remember we had such a version in 2002, so you are probbaly wrong. The online version has no notes currently, but those will be back up.
