Hello! There is a Dutch version of function mysql_character_set_name() in the downloadable version of English documentation. It's not a big deal as there's no link to it but it can be removed.
The problem is probably that there is mysql-character-set-name.xml and mysql-client-encoding.xml files in phpdoc-nl, both with ID function.mysql-character-set-name. Jakub Vrana
