#29749 is also not fixed. This is related to some JS problems. I think this is a PhpZ skin specific problem, which is totally broken.
I couldn't fix this because I'm not a js expert. If someone could take a look at this...

no. It just display a little menu, which I think it should be only displayed with a right button click? No content is displayed.
Set your skin to something else, and then back to the phpz skin, plus do a hard refresh. It should work. There is something screwed in your config file (a bogus path to the phpz skin probably).
I've used the .exe tool to select the skin. The other skins work. I'll see if I can fix this.
Please also grab the previous version of the chm, and get the phpz out of that. This phpz in CVS is an updated version, which was said to be better.
