The same issue. cd c: makes cwd become /cygdrive/c Nuno, Philip - what do you think about this thread?
I feel ok using w32 openjade.exe with w32 PHP, but for me it would be
easier to setup working environment just by choosing appropriate packages
from cygwin setup. It is also possible to generate relative paths for
file-entities.ent only under windows environment though you've made a great
work to unify it's contents on different systems.
all the phpdoc stuff works perfectly on windows with cygwin.
I'm currently using a pre-compiled jade package (listed in the howto, not the cygwin package) and I'm mainly using a PHP snapshot.
Most cygwin tools work outside of cygwin, if the cygwin\bin is in the path, although I prefer to use the bash shell.
If you have any further questions try to find me in IRC :)
