Bug description: phpversion() doesn't document optional parameter
Description:

phpversion() has had an optional parameter since really early versions of
php, and can be used to retrieve the version of a loaded extension
<?php
echo phpversion() . "\n";
echo phpversion('mysql') . "\n";
echo phpversion('xmlrpc') . "\n";
?>
Note that it will return false for extensions that have no versioning
information like mysql
