When according to chm/make_chm.README requirements ---[cut] The html manual. You have two alternatives:
a) Download the actual html manual from http://www.php.net/download-docs.php and untar the distribution into a directory b) Build the html manual yourself using Jade and the other tools needed (look into the README and/or README.win32 file to see how to build it yourself) ---[cut]
Ahem, Goba. Where are these README and/or README.win32 files with instructions how to build manual? =)
These are integrated to the howto now. :) The chm README is outdated.
