common.xsl template commit message say:
"support for <initializer> tags in <methodparam>
a parameter is now optional when marked with an choice='opt' attribute
or when having a default value given (or both)"
I can't find any example with such bloated syntax neither in XML sources
nor in functionskeleton.xml
