I'm speaking about new skeleton. Nothing wrong with DocBook. =) http://wiki.phpdoc.info/DocSkel/FunctionskeletonDotXml?v=w2i Not all documents follow that scheme and to tell the truth my working copy for the moment consists of three different formats.
One is with <para> tags instead of <refsect1>. Second with simple <refsect1> and entities to denote seealso, descriptions and other roles (most unwieldy to process). And latest with "role" attributes in <refsect> which definitely rocks. So when we will have all docs converted? =)
When people have time. It is impossible to tell. It might takes months or years...
