Bug description: readline_completion_function parameter count is odd

Description:
------------
readline_completion_function description is very very brief and needs
fixing. Besides that the description doesnt match the function header at
all. You need to fill in function it refers to but its argument is called
line?

Might be that the comment is also of use.

Another nice fix there would be an example of the callback function.
