I tested it a bit and found no problems. I will use it as my default PHP help so I will continue in testing. Please take a look at open CHM bugs which I reported to phpdoc@ at 2004-09-22. I believe most of them are already fixed in your build:

Most of these bug are for the normal chm (I don't know if it will be replace by xchm or not, but...), and not for the extendend chm.
