The Zend API figures should be copied with each build to their corresponding folders by the build system. If you try locally, you can see that files are copied (at least I can see). This is due to the zendapi[php|html] dependencies in our Makefile. For some reason these dependencies are not honored on the build server, so the images are not get copied. Therefore they are not get archived into the bz2 (regardless of what is the tar parameter list). I don't see anything that can be fixed in the Makefile or configure script to make this work.
