[PHP-DOC] Gif-Support in GD-Lib

Hello,
since gd-version 2.0.28, the gif-support in gd-lib is again restored.
cite (http://www.boutell.com/gd/):*
   07/21/04:* gd 2.0.28 has been released. gd 2.0.28 *restores support 
for reading and writing GIF images.*
It would eliminate many misunderstandings, if you would note that on the 
documentation in http://de3.php.net/manual/en/ref.image.php. 
Particularly since the new gd-version is contained in the current 
php-version.
