I'll build a new xchm manual when I have cvs access (the server is refusing

I'm not that superstitious, so it can be 13th =)
Can anybody compile xCHM manual from CVS XLS templates?
I'm unable to do this due to some hardware reasons, so if there are no
issues left from the latest xCHM-14 alpha2 compilation, we can release
a NY gift. =) Also I'll try to do some work on monday/tuesday to
fix any new bugs discovered.
If there are any open issues with xCHM, please tell me, because I've lost
that information and it can take a long time for me to recover it.
