Bug description: Extension(s) moved to PECL has wrong version info

Description:
------------
The mailparse extension which was moved to PECL now has the wrong versions
in the manual.

If you see for example
http://php.net/mailparse_determine_best_xfer_encoding

However this is just because the script that checks this stuff can only
see it in the phpsrc module between 4.1.0 and 4.1.2 - at that point it
moved to PECL - th is is misleading.

There may be other extensions for which this is the case.
