Derick is in charge of rebuilds, and he is not at full speed now. He is
(was?) at FOSDEM, so you probably need to wait a bit more. All sorts of
languages have encoding problems now.
No longer in FOSDEm, not yet at home though. Chinese looks fine now,
except some of the chapter's titles... no idea what that is now and I do
not have the data to investigate yet.
