Yeah, nothing bad - we'll generate utf-8 for all manuals from now.

Anyway I still left some encoding stuff in the configure file because of chms.
It seems that not all chms are being built in UTF-8. (xsl/htmlhelp-config.xsl.in) Maybe this could also be changed.
