There is no bug in the documentation, it is only outdated. Such issues are tracked using the revcheck program.
If it is a typo, its different and I don't mark them as bogus, I just redirect the e-mails to the proper mailling list.
So, I don't really see a reason to clutter the bug system...

Guys,

Can we find a policy for bugs concerning the translations ?
I'm not really happy with the actual method, consisting in marking bugs
as Bogus. There _is_ a bug in the german translation, why should we
ignore it ? (especially that the bug may be present after the document is up
to date)

Can we for example add all the translations as Bugs Categories :
  * Documentation Problem
    * French translation,
    * Dutsh translation
    * ...
And send email where appropriate?

The german translation is outdated. You will have to wait until they
update it, or you can submit a patch to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

The sentence: "Hier einige Entsprechungen:" before the table should
also be changed i.e. to "Die folgenden Anweisungen ändern die Werte von
$input ensprechend" see Bug #25489.

Description:
------------
In table 1 (in the german translation) There is a wrong eqivalent for
array_shift($input).
The English Version of this table seems to be correct.
