No, they still have the C:/cygwin paths in them. This is using my Windows PHP (not the cygwin one).
Hum, the $cygwin_compiled = true; change in the file-entities.php.in file and the ./configure should have resulted in the cygwin stripper not being called. Are you sure you modified the .in file and rerun configure after that?
