It's no typo, we can simply predict the future. :) Rather than update the tense on every version we simply document everything as is. This is documented: http://php.net/manual/en/about.phpversions.php Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2005-04-12 07:39:11] compnerd at gmail dot com Description: ------------ Well, I was browsing the documentation and I came across a line that says "since PHP version 5.1.0" and it shocked me. I thought I had the newest being 5.0.3, which is still not the newest. But, there is no version 5.1.0. And, with doing a Google search of the "Entire Documentation", it appears a lot. I think it is a simple typo, but thought someone should know. I'm sorry if I didn't see another bug listed with this problem. I did search and couldn't find one. http://www.google.com/search?q=5.1.0+site:www.php.net&l=en ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=32679&edit=1
