You'll need to email the Hungarian translation team at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and let them know you want to help translate the Hungarian documentation. You should read http://doc.php.net/php/en/dochowto/index.php to learn how the documentation is managed, and how to get started. You can request cvs access from php.net/cvs-php.php, but it would be good to simply email patches to the doc-hu list for a little while before you do so, as that will speed the process along (as that would allow those in the doc-hu list to vouch for you).
