Thanks -- glad it works on Windows (-: WE have a CVS version, yes. This is targetted at a wider audience, though. Think CHM alternative.
I also wonder where en/*.ent and entities/*.ent are hidden.
I deleted them because they're unnecessary (livedocs pre-calculates the entities, and stores them in a sqlite DB0.
