At first sight, they accept different parameters. Both of them can be
used for some tasks but they are not synonyms for sure.

 in the php.net doc there is no way of telling if there is a diference
betwen fsockopen() and stream_socket_client() are there synonym??? if
no what are the difference? the advantages of each other
