PHP version: Irrelevant
PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: Documentation structure change

Description:
------------
It it possible to split the PHP function reference into
'core' extensions, and 'external' extensions. including
those in PECL?

I think this would make it alot easier for people to
identify the functions that are part of th core PHP
language - ie built-in to PHP directly.
