[PHP-DOC] User Contributed Notes explanation?

What do others think of the idea of explaining that User Contributed 
Notes ("Notes") are not actually part of the manual?

I know it's obvious to most people, but I keep running into people who 
complain about the docs on a given page, but they actually mean the Notes.

Just an idea...
