Description:
------------
The predefined classes listing (en/reserved.classes.php) includes a
very incomplete list of classes defined in extensions.

This is inconsistent with the predefined constants list that doesn't
include constants defined by extensions.

It is also duplicating information provided in the extension
documentation.
