AFAIR we decided to not use hard numbers (so people will not do useless
commits just to reach a limit, as it was done before), but put up names
instead, and then wait some pre-specified time if someone votes against
their inclusion. Since we are mostly only looking one year back, it is
easier to discuss names.

Good. I think that's fair.
Now, at risk of patting myself on the back, I'd like to be included in
the Authors and Editors block, as well as a Notes Maintainer.

Obviously, if someone has a problem with this, we can discuss it. I'm
open-minded, and I actually really hate ringing my own bell.

While I'm at it, I'd like to nominate the IBM folks for their
contributions to the PDO and SDO sections (especially): Dan Scott and
Matthew Peters.

+1,

(read my last post)

and also due to recent contributions and previous work, I also would
like to nominate Sara Golemon.

This might also be the right time to open an infrastructure category for
credits, where we can include Derick, who suffers from a lot of work due
to phpdoc problems :) And maybe livedocs hackers can also be credited there.

+1 too. But I would leave livedocs out, as the project was quite hibernated during the last year.
