The manual page of oci_password_change() in oci8 indicates the old name is ocipasswordchange(). However, there's no ocipasswordchange.xml in the source directory.
That function probably existed in older versions of PHP, but it was removed from the docs to avoid confusion. OCI8 docs already have too many documented functions, users don't need more to get confused :)
