Changed the OS field as the problem is not actually OS-specific .
Would be nice to get this fixed, as the HtmlHelp files are not really
usable because of this bug.

The current version (Aug 17 23:58:13 2005) still has this problem. It
seems that the problem occured since the July 19 version and has not
been fixed.
