Bug description: Inappropriate abbreviation for stat() page

Description:
------------
The comment at the bottom of Table 1 on the stat() manual page reads
"* - only valid on systems supporting the st_blksize type--other systems
(i.e. Windows) return -1."

As written it says that Windows is the _only_ system that doesn't have
st_blksize. If Windows was only supposed to be an example of such a
system, the abbreviation should be "e.g." (exempli gratia - offered as an
example), not "i.e." (id est - that is).

So, _is_ Windows the only system that doesn't have a blk_size type, or was
that only intended as an EGsample?

Okay, so it's a pet peeve of mine, but it does change the meaning of what
is written. Ranks up there with confusion between "its" and "it's".
