 Status: Wont fix
 Bug Type: Documentation problem
 PHP Version: Irrelevant
 New Comment:

I have to agree with derick.
That part of the documentation does not introduce features specific to
PHP but displays how to implement common paterns with php. IMO that's
worth a discussion in the PHP manual.

Why denied? Can you tell me a single thing on this page which is
actually relevant to the PHP documentation?

Request DENIED.

Description:
------------
I am a great fan of patterns, but nonetheless I do not think that the
following patterns page has ANY place in the PHP documentation
DESCRIBING THE PHP LANGUAGE. It may be really great information, it
may all be perfectly true, and a great way to program in PHP, but it is
my assertion that it does not have a SINGLE piece of information which
actually in any way describes the FUNCTIONALITY of PHP5.

Expected result:
----------------
I would like to see this page DELETED from the PHP5 documentation.
