Description:
------------
Could you update php manual and explain why closing php tag can be
omitted?

PHP manual talks only about valid tag pairs
(http://www.php.net/manual/en/language.basic-syntax.php). The fact that
closing tag can be ommitted is found only in some pear bug reports.

http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=5263
http://propel.phpdb.org/trac/ticket/116

It would be nice to see documentation chapter, that explains why
closing tag can be ommited and confirms that it does not break php
parsing.
