Is this a new PECL extension? I can't find it. If so, you'll need to
create a new extension/directory in phpdoc:

I see no extensions directory in phpdoc?
The directory structure is:
phpdoc/en/reference/{some extension dir}/...
The HOWTO should have this, but appears not:

But the README does, I'll update the HOWTO:

But (jic) let's wait until/if this becomes a PECL extension before
adding to CVS.
