Your document still has a lot of issue. But before giving you anymore
pointers, I would like to make sure that you are documenting an
_existing_ PECL extension. Is it the case?
Please understand that your help is really appreciated, but we don't
want you to waste your time in vain. A bunch of existing extensions
needs documentation. You can get your hands dirty on one of them.
Step by #php.doc on efnet for further discussion.
