Hello Dave,
The manual loves to see pecl developers document their extensions
upon each release, something that is easily forgotten! One thing
about this commit is worth pointing out. These two recent SAM commits
mix in unneeded whitespace changes that may cause migraine headaches
for the translation teams. Somehow the spacing went from one to two
in places, some <entry> alterations, and others (looks like a text
editor issue). Anyway, point is, the translators are people too! ;-)
