[PHP-DOC] The term "prefix" in "appendices/migration4.xml"

Hi,

I believe that the term "prefix" is not appropriate in the context of the lines 
161-162 in the file "appendices/migration4.xml".
It should be "suffix" or the entire sentence should be changed.
