Is there an arabic translation team for phpdoc?
I'm interested in translating the doc to arabic language. I know
there was someone trying to get the doc ready to start translation
to arabic few weeks ago (I think he is Salah Faya). But I haven't
heared anything about it for some time now. I tried to email him,
but no responds sent to me so far.
Please email me what do I need to do to start translation.

Please express your interest by emailing the arabic documentation
list to coordinate with the others there. It looks like about seven
people have showed interest so far:

These things take time, especially after a large update like the
recent DocBook 5 upgrade.
