Anyone with access to phpdoc module can publish it. But it's probably
best to contact phpdoc@ mailing list (and maybe Philip Olson) and let
me them know you want to commit it.

No, not yet. I'm quite busy right now, and probably will be till

of the week, but I think everything but formatter unit tests and
choosing right prefix for formatter (so far it's either formatter_ or
numfmt_) is ready. Once we have decision on prefix I think we can
check
it in, but I'll be unable to do it until Monday, so if we want it
earlier you can do it too.
I've committed a few simple unit tests covering NumberFormatter API.
They are not comprehensive nor nice, I just needed them when porting
intl to PHP6.
By the way, intl-php6 is finished now, and as far as I can see there's
no need to create a separate CVS branch for it. Or there is?
After unification of unit tests between intl's PHP5 and PHP6 svn
branches I'm going to merge them together. That will be done by
Monday,
and intl will be ready for PECL.
And what about intl's documentation (docbook) ? Who's going to
publish t?
