[PHP-DOC] Question about the tools

Hi!

Could you please tell me if I am correct:
First I run "autoconf". (no errors/warnings)
Then I run "./configure --with-lang=ro". And it says that I have missing ids.
So I cannot expect that "make test" will pass.
Am I correct?
