[PHP-DOC] Undefined mapper for refentry in haruexception

Apparently, the haruexception documentation is in a somewhat unfinished
state, because the Exception class has not been documented yet. As a
result, however, PhD is complaining about a non-existent refentry
mapper. Can we substitute it with section or something?
