I would like to comment in regards the Arabic translation. I agree that the
translation is very outdated and has to be marked as inactive out of the
phpweb.

Apparently the files needs to be translated from scratch and seems like it's
gonna start slow as well. However, I'm trying to put the translation back in
track; So I appreciate if someone would direct me what are the initial steps
I can do to get the Arabic translation fixed and prepared for
contents-translation.
