Hello Mathias-
I doubt that script works because a lot has changed. Also there is a
script in the php manual sources (phpdoc/scripts/make_man.php) that is
based off it but it only sort of works. So you can play with it and
see what happens or wait for the current build system (PhD[1]) to do
it as creating man pages is on its TODO. Maybe in 2-6 months.
