[PHP-DOC] FAQ-Missing information

Hi all, I've been using PHP for quite a few years now.  When I first got 
into it there was a section in the fact about its creator and why he created 
it.  What happened to it? and if someone could elaborate a bit on who the 
main developers were why they developed it.
