I am php and c ext programmer , abount 4 year experience of developing php
application, and works in beijing of china now. My name is ZhiQiang He. The
means of the name reprecent a clever person.
Recently, the php manual of cn inactive for long time,i am understood the
process of translate php documentation, i wish to do some work for php zh
