Hello everyone Usually during my translation of phpdoc tp persian I encountered files with different encoding. Some of them has "iso-8859-1" encoding and other has "utf-8". Is there any difference using them and one is prefered? I use "utf-8" as a default encoding. Will I encounter any problem?
