Awesome work!

Writing examples for each would be a great idea. I'm a bit unsure what
exactly would be the best approach.. Most of the examples would be
pretty much identical except for "throw new ExceptionName;" line :]

Maybe create an new chapter called "Exception examples"?
That chapter could include examples for few of the exceptions (i.e.
how to throw and catch them) and maybe a example or two on how to
extend the exceptions...

See en/reference/sdo/examples.xml for a fairly good example markup.
I can write up an "quicky article" on how to document such stuff if you want...?
