Hi, I volunteer to lead the Turkish team to translate the PHP Manual into Turkish. I believe Turkish must be among the languages supported here. I understand our team lacks qualified people in this regard.
I am the founder and leader of the Turkish Linux Documentation WG [1]. I also translate the Apache documents, and am an ASF committer in the same project [2]. I have so far translated hundreds of IT related free documents which include the GNU Library Reference Manual, some RFC's, and some W3C Recommendations like CSS2, XML, XSLT and XPath. I hope this short introduction is sufficient. I request commit access for phpdoc-tr and PhD (for tr.xml).
