PhD would like its own repository.

As I understand it, after discussing this (a lot) with Gwynne there is
only gain (almost 0 disadvantages) to do that.
PhD doesn't exactly fit anywhere. It is an php.net application that
renders Docbook files (*fast*). Currently it is being used by the php
documentations and Christian Weiske is currently working on using it
for the pear docs. In the future the hope is to get the php-gtk docs
using the system to, and then world domination in the docbook
"market".
