[PHP-DOC] Error File CHM Ex

hi sorry im new in the news Bug report so i dont sure i is teh correct way 
but there is..
the help for Win file chm the php manual is not working correctly because i 
try to viw some info and dont show nothing
i mean if i try to view  any item on left site securyty, sessions, concpetos 
Basicos, any of this items the page not siplay say.. page not found error, 
address not valid
but i view FINE the chm english is very well.. but the ES not work.. i have 
a "SF#"$%" Win Vista, and not work i try on the Xp and its Work But some 
pages likt php Api Interfaces and Apendices and others not view too but 
almost all item view fine soo.. may be is a vista that wrong lol but.. on 
xpsome items not view too well review that error

well i hope that this problem resolve soom :P
