Greetings, I am interested in starting a group to work on the translation of the PHP manual into the Swahili language. I have confirmed from the mailing lists on http://doc.php.net/php/dochowto/chapter-maillist.php that there is no current translation effort in progress. Are there any specific requirements that I need to meet?
