phd -f xhtml -t pearchunkedhtml -o build/en -d giant.xml
And I see no change. Did I missed something ?
configure.php creates the giant.xml file by reading in manual.xml and
all linked files and creating the giant one. So you can either use "-d
manual.xml" (which will be really slow), or you run "php configure.php"
before phd.
